Branches and Bays 10km

On Sunday 16th August 2026, Craig Ridley took on the Trail Outlaws Branches and Bays 10km trail race. From a field of 196 runners, Craig delivered an excellent performance, finishing 17th in a time of 51:08.

The course is a classic Trail Outlaws test piece — a blend of forestry tracks, farmland paths, and the ever‑demanding stretch of beach that makes this race so distinctive. The attached photograph captures Craig powering up the climb from the shoreline, a moment that perfectly reflects the grit required on this challenging route.
